Office for Students with Disabilities

Students who require accommodations from the Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD) must first apply for admission to Florida Atlantic University as degree seeking or non-degree seeking and be accepted. Once accepted, new students should follow these steps in order to register for support services from this office:

Step 1

Obtain an Application for Support Services. You can get the form by clicking here. Fill out the form, print it, and include your signature in the appropriate area.

Step 2

Obtain official documentation of your disability (refer to Documentation Guidelines for detailed requirements)

Step 3

Submit completed Application for Support Services and your documentation to the appropriate OSD office. You can find the locations by clicking here.

Step 4

Meet with an OSD Counselor in person for an intake interview.
